When im at the login screen ingame, i write my acc and password and press the login button, but NOTHING happens.

Anyone know what might be the cause? the game doesnt even try to login, i get no error msg at the "copyrighttext" in the bottom of the screen, it just stays the way it is...

Yes same problem as well, DO not try any of the following because it will not work.

1. checking file
2. Flushing DNS
3. Reinstalling the game
4. chain smoking

Ive tried all of those and does still not work.

Easy fix for this, go into your lineage 2 system folder find the gameguard folder, remove the contents of this folder, but not the actual folder close the window. Load lineage and enjoy playing.

I got the same problem too,try and try many and many times to login without nothing happened.

I made petition and after long thier reply was been it:

This all sound quite suspicius to me,due the many mail scamming recently,but nothing rilevent happened till i got this mail:

Are these GM completly mad?
1) i never used any kind of 3th programs (and who knows me knws too that is trye).At last if listening music of window media player is not condered a "3rd program"
2) i don't think i was been hacked due Kaspersky scan didn't find any virus/trojan on my pc
3)It's pointless the relashionship between these two replies
4)I didn't got any form of explaination at my request about this supposed "3rd program"
5)All you know how many really botters there are in this game,and when you report them they don't move 1 only finger to make something
6)maybe my fault was to NOT botting,NOT e-bayeing and NOT cheating in any form? So that mean i don't pay in any form outside the regular monthly billing,and someone there maybe like people that pay more to get cheats on some site,purchased adenas for dollars,and like ( thier ?) bots.

I'm still persisting to contact support NCsoft,cos i am deeply sure i am in the right.
Actually i don't know if they act like that for professional ineptitude or other reasons,but after months of hard works on my characters i feel victim of robbery from NCSoft.
I don't want to tolerate this abuse,if they will not adoperate as well and soon to solve it,i will adoperate myself to contact magazines to let people know how NCSOFT bad acts.
I hope who got my same problems will do the same in their country.

exactly the same thing that happened to me. Point by point. I never used any 3rd party program. That's why I'm thinking about a legal action. I don't want my account back neither the money I spent playing the game, but they're accusing me of violating a contract that I subscribed. I can't affort those illations. I need proofs and I know they don't have any unless they will falsificate them. But I think NCSoft won't be so degraded.

they asked me the same question too. so i told them that unless they had proof( which they dont) then i would get my attorney involed. so they replied back that my acct has not been terminated; i still cannot connect to the server for updates. :def_cry:

Chek up your account they have status "inactive" when you will write to support you WILL reciv answer what you banned for using 3th party software programs. we have a lot of bans at Teon.

After full day contacting with support my friend's resive that and tiket was closed.
