CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 1698 MHz with 510MB RAM
Video: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700 (6430)

looks like you have a rendering option that you can't support turned on in your option.ini

delete option.ini and full check - or get a friend to send you an option.ini with no render turned on.

(get the latest directx 9 too - possible your dx is corrupted)
