Can't enable Options menu

I had to open dualbox (like I had many times before) and while loading the second client, I got a critical error "Not enough video memory. Delete your Option.ini file if this critical error prevents you from entering the game." I did deleted the Option.ini file, but since then when starting a client, I can't enable the Options menu. I click on the button but nothing happens. Same in game. The resolution is 800x600 (the default) and I can't enable Options from System menu (Alt-X). Let me notice that I've had the same critical error more than 1 times in the past, I've deleted the Option.ini file but nothing similar happened.
I've done a petition, told me to Check files. Done it, but nothing changed.

Any ideas?

you might need to reset the interface... try moving your User.ini file elsewhere, check files, then start the game
