You can immediately tell who is not a tyrant or gladiator based on their comments, since they just have no idea how to use this.

IMO, it's a very situational type skill. You are correct, most won't understand how to use it. It's not like an archer or mage which skills are limited to F1-F4 >_>
Funny how most the 78+ glads on our server don't know how to play their class. EVERYDAY, people fucking pm me and ask in vent as to how to play their own 78+ Duelist/Hero/Noblesse. It's pretty sad, but I live with it anyways. Gladiators/Tyrants are not easy classes to play. Let me correct myself... they are EASY to play as a retard, hard to play them efficiently.

Nothing in L2 is difficult. Some are just retards. Don't assume shit.

being completely honest, which is a difficult class in L2?

To maximize effectiveness there is a lot of "why" involved in when you chain skills together that most people dont get.
Alot of our chains are situational and our DPS is greatly affected by how you float your charge level by picking what order to execute skills.
Most people who just copy what I do fall on their asses when they fight a class who can interrupt them since once again they dont really understand the premise behind the order of skills that I pick.
The charge pool in general as a DPS regulator is an interesting concept most people cite as a weakness. I prefer to look at it as a skill component, as that is what separates someone who understands the nuances of those class and someone who doesnt.
How a gladiator starts a fight off greatly affects his overall dps due to the lag time of potentially reloading charges.

destroyer/tyrant, hp management is really more difficult than people make it out to be

rofl outside olympiad this isn't any kind of game breaking skill, 10 seconds of invurn for a glad is nothing, this kinda of skill is pretty sick for a bishop? but seriously stop jerking off to your own class and wake up, popping a cp elixor and hp elixor is about as good as this skill. no idea how to use this? lawl

pretty much completely useless outside olympiad too, more useless than sonic barrier.

From what I have seen so far on Sieghardt in the Olympiad it doesn't really help as much as everything thinks. The glad only needs to use this skill when he fights prophets/OL's and maybe a few others. Once he does they just kite him across the field and throw up some heals or CP chant so it is not as amazing at it seems. From what I've seen, the glad hasn't ended up winning the fights that he's had to use it in.

well you got to activate it when u see your hp falling to 30 %...

Indeed, difference being gladiators/tyrants and daggers being able to do alot more than destroyers without those skills. (lol revival) Give destroyers a decent stun, some rushing skill or a ranged root, i.e any way to catch their opponent and disable them for some seconds and I'd be content because their damage isn't half-bad with rage alone. Well most of them start fights in frenzy/zealot anyway so I guess it wouldn't be used to much, just raising the stun land rate would prob be better. (armor crush 80% land rate plx :> )

Zealot does give you a run speed boost so theres your rushing skill although granted its at 30% but realistically thats when you would want to use it anyways.
Also you have, not counting armor crush, not one but two other stuns. They've added several 2h blunts that work with hammer crush etc, CHOOSING to use a 2h sword doesn't mean your class doesn't have stuns it means you chose to take the higher crit rate over stuns and accuracy.
If anything I would say lessen the nerf with bows just a smidge for destroyers just to make it a bit more viable of an option.

why the hell would you use a two-handed blunt for stun?, i would pull out a meteor shower /w focus or something cuz it has higher atk spd so the skill will reset faster and it has higher crit cuz stun depends on crit , at least hammer crush and armor crush does, and if you count whatever the lvl 20-40 stun is, just LOL, gl landing that.........ever
btw:
kudos to me for derailing another glad thread, take that diego :O

Simple I look at it from the perspective of keeping the amount of weapons you walk around with at a minimum, using the 2h blunt as a main weapon instead of walking around with a 2h, a 1h blunt, a bow, maybe a polearm. And I never said count on the 20+ stun just stating its there. =p
Back on topic though, people need to stop thinking entirely offensively, especially when considering a defensive skill like sonic barrier. Thinking of using it then trying to figure out how you can charge up and do more damage while in UD is the wrong way of looking at it.

back on sonic barrier, it can be appreciated more by tyrants than gladis!
bison + zealot + barrier = cool ( even though 10 secs are still few... )

It's not a problem switching weapons to stun. The stuns are just CRAP. Only ever land decently on mages, and even then the rate is so unreliable it's just better ot hit them. And one single hit can cancel the stun. They are far to bad to be used effectively outside of selfbuffed pvps. Only hammer crush and armor crush are viable endgame.

There is a hard class to play in any MMO? 6-7 years yet to find a character/class that takes more than a stoners attention span worth of skill.

Continuing off topic -
I just saw somebody get the Active Skill: Stun as an augment, its completely uber.
It has a 20 second reset, costs about 78 mp, breaks your target whether it stuns you or not and if it does stun you, the duration is THIRTY SECONDS like para.
I so want that for my duel swords!
