Good Day..
I usually am the one to help in this section, but I can't get passed this one issues.
I have two accounts, My main account, I try to log in and I can only get to the server Selection screen, and not go any further. My other account will log in and everything (Figures) lol. I asked my friend to log into My account and move my Character (to see if he could), and he was able to access my account.. I have re-installed the client, sill no help. My Laptop as well has this problem, my main account is not able to log in on that laptop. I have hard-reset my router back to OEM specs.. and still, de installed Windows Liveonecare still no help.
And no, didn't get banned,
Anyone else ever had this problem?
For the record, Running Windows Vista.
Thanks to All.

1. are you running the program as an administrator? (although you shouldn't have to unless you are doing a large update)
2. are you running it is windows xp compatibility mode?
3. I have had this happen before log out and restart your machine t make sure that all instances of the game are stopped i have had it hang even though the program is closed it tells me that i am still logged in and i couldn't get past the server selection screen.
if that doesn't work let me know i am running vista as well.

I turned off User access control because it blows, I am not running this on XP Compatiblity mode, have ran it before without any problems or emulation. I have restarted my computer numerious amount of times, All i get is the Server selection screen. Lol

hrmmm odd...i forget what i did to correct this last time it happened i think i just got pissed and watched T.V. for a while and when i came back i could log in. did it update to interlude ok because mine went all retarted on me i could log in normally from the l2.exe in the folder but the shortcut always tried to re-update to interlude. I have mine running in windows xp compatibility mode and running as an administrator just to avoid problems. odd that one account can log in and the other can't i would e-mail support and see if there is something else you can do. it may just be that your acct connection is timing out on the request for the server again odd that one would log in fine and the other wouldn't. i would say give it a few and try again e-mail support in the mean time and see if there is anything in the knowledge database for similar problems...god knows that customer support is slow but give it a shot.
