Windows XP x64 and ATI Driver

I just formatted my PC and put x64 version on it. It booted up fine, I installed my mobo and audio drivers, rebooted, worked fine. When I try to install my ATI Display Driver and reboot, it doesn't make it to the welcome screen.

Anyone know whats happening?
