No HTML error in L2

Anyone had this error in l2?

What causes it? and what resolves it?

Tried a full check, tried removing L2 and reinstalling it fully.

Tried updating Video drivers.

any other suggestions?

Maybe a temp server bug(new patch) or u somehow deleted/blocked a win socket module?
