Lag then D/C

Recently I've been lagging out alot. Like my game would run fine then i'll hit a certain point ingame where my character just lags but never recovers and just sits like that. There's no d/c screen, my character just stays lagged and i cant move unless i force restart the client.

Any help with this? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
