i've jsut played a few titles for 360, but GoW is fucking great.

its' going to arrive to PC, too, so i'm looking forward to play it :D

only game worth playing for having a 360 is dead rising.

rest is pretty much meh or multiplatform.

and yeah gears is goin multiplatform cause m$ wanna milk the cow dry.

one play thru games sucks. Water is nice tho even tho its using an old doom 3 engine.

Halo 1 and 2 are regular xbox and halo 3 isn't out yet so i don't know. so i guess that leaves gears of war :)

gears is boring and too linear and easy. bioshock is garbage, worst game i've played in a long time. medal of honor airborne is really nice though.

For Vista so it doesn't count.

Also, 12 months is a pretty good ways away when Sept 25 is in less than 2 weeks. O.o

360 has alot of garbage games, way too many unfortunantely. Gears of War is a six hour one-time playthrough interactive graphical demo with nothing worth remembering.

Then we have about 9999 ultra-crappy FPS games made in the USA which doesn't do anything but adding up to the total count of garbage games for the console, and that includes Bioshock I'm afraid. What 360 really lacks is more japanese games. The japanese game industry is much more mature than the american and european counterparts.

USA loves their gory FPS games, often with american flags waving in the wind and strange orchestrated versions of their own national anthem.

Europeans don't really know what they wanna do, but mostly they prefer 3rd person shooters, which are also about USA. And alot of soulless racing games.

Japan on the other hand can do everything USA and Europe can, and they do it much better by sheer knowledge and skill.

i just bought TheDarkness , youtube videos dont looks so nice but once u get the game its greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat , great graphics and gameplay if you like the italian mafia+some not so gothic stuff but kinda gothic and old natzi non diying german zombie soldiers + some other great and realistic stuff :P get it :P, i mean u can even enter a room n change channel on the tv etc etc mad tight

i only put halo and gears of war on there because i didnt know what else to put, all i have is madden 08, gears of war, and guitar hero, lol. i havnt really played any other games so i didnt know what other games there where.

One thing is for sure - Perfect Dark zero was FAR from being up to the standard of Perfect Dark, which I believe was one of the best N64 games ever, along with Goldeneye and super smash brothers.

PD: Zero was just a graphical showoff

The Darkness is nice, nothing amazing but a good few hours of fun, same with GoW and Bioshock.

GoW was amazingly awesome when it first came out, mainly because the online play was fucking fun as hell, but now it just sucks balls because they messed around with the online play too much and fucked it up, ever since they started patching it I just stopped playing it.

Halo 3 is going to own..

Assassins Creed is going to be the best game EVER, go youtube it and check it out if you haven't seen it, not sure when the release is though ,was meant to be march but its been pushed back time and time again.

Rainbow Six vegas is pretty fun too online and all. So is splinter cell double agent if you want a couple of cheap games which'll occupy some time.

Blue Dragon just came out, an RPG but apparently that sucks donkey balls, so avoid it.

John Woo stranglehold just came out not tried that myself but it looked kinda fun, Mass effect also comes out soon and thats one to watch..

Wow I went on for too long, to sum it up, the 360 hasn't had any really good games for a while (apart from bioshock which I really enjoyed thinking about it), but there are a lot of titles coming out soon thats going to change all that, Mass Effect, halo 3 and Assassins creed being the ones I am most looking forward too.
