When i try and login it says usage expired. Yet i go into my account on the ncsoft account management page. It states:

Billing Status: Active
Billing Plan: 1 mo CC ($)
Next Bill Date: Dec 14, 2007


hmmm that's fucking interesting

The server has to cycle... apparently you activated yesterday, so it takes a while for the information to propogate through the system.
