Cyclon - range 900, does damage every 2-3 seconds, level 80 Storm Screamer can learn, continuous wind based damange for a period of time

-Damage on a high level wizard, with m.def, no buffing, songs/dances/chants, takes damage 17000
-Damage on a high level wizard, with all m.def, all buffs, all dances/songs/chants, takes damage 4800
-A poor level 13 innocent player was involved, not sure whether or not there was m.def, buffing/dances/songs/chants, takes damage 75520
-Under the conditions of no buffing/dances/songs/chants, the cool down time is 10 minutes
-Under the conditions of full buffs/dances/songs/chants, the cool time is about 4-5 minutes

but if any 1 of the 4 ppl doing the cast is stuned/slept/anchored/interrupted i'm pretty sure the spell dispels...all 4 ppl needs to be casting during the whole 5min duration of spell, so it's not as powerful as u think cos ppl will just run away from the effect area.. archers with the new +range passive will just hit them from afar

At what lvl do u learn the link skill? If that is also at high lvl aka 78+ then I doubt we will ever see them being used^^

oh yeah, you'll easily interrupt this spell but the initial damage will kill half of your people.

it's not as powerful as u think cos ppl will just run away from the effect area..

better be fast cause you've got exactly 2 seconds for that

At lvl 80 you proberly don't need to AOE mobs anymore since you dont need to level -.-

Continues wind damage for period of time ? every 2-3 seconds ? So what is that 17.000 damage taken, is that total damage after the time ? or is it 17k damage every 2-3 seconds while getting struck by the skill..

Sounds confusion to me, or I simply dont get it.

It means it's wind based continuous damaging magic attack
Every 2-3 seconds, it's 1 strike
17000 dmg - not indicated whether it's total or 1 strike

Not really, put the effect area on the gate of a castle or in mob area, get a PW to train mobs there and walah.
