yes if you collect 1200 quest items you can speak to the wondering dorf inside FOG and choose a recipe
1000 q items + blacksmith = random recipe

but where does that dickhead rooney spawns
i have been runnin around in stealth for hours cant find him i checked in the lower part of fog and the part where u just come in as non nobless
i just cant find him even had macro to target him maybe i miss typed ^^ never seen him yet so i dont know the exact name

he ports randomly around both levels of FoG you just gotta look I guess ... I think he has like 9 possible spawn points on upper level and 5 possible spawn points on lower level soooo just look for him
